I suppose an area where I can dump my baggage & ramble a bit, trying to make sense of what the bloody hell is happening to us, in this country or in the world. Retired grey beard (can't stand the things so haven't got one)& one-time horseman, hunter & fisherman. Love the outdoors & animals, not so good with people.
Hey Ditch! Good to hear from you again. Still living then? No body taken your lights out yet? ;) Yeah, I am considering getting another one but it is still a difficult decision. Mebbe at the end of the year I will start looking.... Re brewing - I made a very nice Chocolate Stout last - used Cara, chocolate & crystal malt grains with Coopers Irish stout & a fair bit of sugar. :P Kicked like a bloody left-footed mule! :) Luverly grub! Ever considered getting another Dog, Llew? God knows, there's enough of them out there would Love to be yours.
No Dog can ever replace another. They're as individual as people.
But, why should we suffer this hole they leave in our lives? Leaving one more of them to suffer, because there's no one willing to love them.
